Globe to launch iPhone 3GS in the Philippines on July 31

“Globe will launch iPhone 3GS, the fastest most powerful iPhone yet, in the Philippines on July 31. Reservations will be accepted starting July 15. Question is, will Globe consider 3G plan holders an upgrade deal from 3G to 3Gs? That would be great for 3G plan holders and so everyone would be tempted to get one.
